Fast food, Otavalo style, is found in the food market. I have enjoyed watching Srta. Piedad Chirán work like a dynamo at her puesto for 10 years serving hornado, corn, beans, moté, peas, tostado, whatever you might like! She left for Spain last month and she will be missed.
